The Story Behind the Name
Snow Mochi (雪見だいふく) is named after two things close to our hearts.
“Snow” comes from 雪, the Chinese character in our founder’s name, which is also read as Yuki in Japanese. “Mochi” is named after our cat, who is naturally the boss of the store and keeps an eye on everything we do.
