Shipping Policy

At Snow Mochi Lab, we carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where applicable, tracking details will be included.

Please note that dispatch times may be longer during busy periods, product launches, or public holidays. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

UK Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail tracked services.

Shipping options, delivery estimates and charges are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over £60 delivered to UK Mainland. This offer is applied automatically at checkout once the qualifying order value is reached.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and begin once your order has been dispatched. While we always aim to meet these estimates, delays may occasionally occur that are outside our control.

International Shipping

At present, Snow Mochi Lab only ships within the United Kingdom.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future as we continue to grow. In the meantime, if you're based outside the UK and interested in purchasing from us, please contact us with the items you'd like to order and your delivery country.

We will be happy to review the available shipping options and provide a quotation where possible. Please note that international shipping availability, costs and delivery times vary by destination, and we may not be able to ship certain products to all countries.
